The problem is finding the time to finish the several
books I’m simultaneously reading.
;My favorite place in the Pacific Northwest is the Columbia River
in the summer time.
;Nobody would ever suspect that I was a part-time actor. I
clerked for a Baltimore, Maryland, city judge where they
routinely filmed the TV drama series Homicide. The film
crew was using my judge’s courtroom, so I convinced
them to let me have a part. I ended up with a speaking
part on a dual role with Law & Order, meeting the likes of
Sam Waterston and swearing in a witness playing a law
clerk in a court scene. Okay, so that wasn’t too much of
an acting stretch, since I actually had been a law clerk.
;I became a lawyer because I liked the art of argumentative-style writing and wanted to take that skill to the next
level after obtaining my undergraduate degree.
;My best habit is that I consistently make the bed and pick
up after myself.
;This makes me smile — taking the time to put aside the
stresses of life to watch my children learn and discover
;I am thankful that I have another day in which to experience the adventure of life and to play my part on life’s
;My first car was a 1973 Caprice Classic. Embarrassing to
drive in high school, but my mother was concerned
about safety and my parents paid for it.
;If I could get free tickets to any event, I would attend a playoff
Seattle Seahawks NFL football game. Go world champion Hawks!
;If I had a time machine, I would use my free-tickets-to-any-
event and attend the 2013 NFC Championship game
where the Seahawks defeated the San Francisco 49ers!
My hero is Spiderman, because to him, life is a great big
bang-up wherever there’s a hang-up, you’ll find
